All shop.xyo.network store credit must be applied to a purchase within 180 days of store credit creation. After 180 days, the store credit is subject to a 100% maintenance fee and will no longer be redeemable.
Refunds (prior to product shipment):
If a request for refund is made 24 hours prior to shipment, XY will refund the product in full. If the product has shipped before XY can confirm your request, XY can provide a pre-paid return shipping label or will refund the return shipping costs. (Contiguous United States Only - USPS First-Class Service)
Refunds (after product shipment):
If a request for refund occurs after the product’s shipment, XY will refund the product in full upon receiving your return of the unopened/unused product(s), but all return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. (Please see 30-day post-purchase policy)
Refunds (30 days after purchase):
After 30 days, all requests for refund on shipped products from shop.xyo.network are subject to approval, a minimum 20% restocking fee, and all return shipping costs are incurred by the customer. If the product has not yet shipped, XY will refund the product and shipping in full.
Pricing errors may occur on our sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products described or advertised on XY sites may differ from prices in our online or retail stores (as well as third party online and retail stores) or through mobile applications.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
